Mr Ravi Machiraju - President and CEO – Singapore

Ravi founded RM Associates in the late 90s as a first gen entrepreneur in Singapore and Shanghai and grew it to a major international presence. In 2003 the firm was rechristened Maxima with a presence in US,Europe and across Asia. To his credit, he has been instrumental in building up cross border teams and helped several transnational corporations build up their board and top management teams. In addition to executive search Maxima also does corporate match making so it tries to bringing entrepreneurs from different parts of the world together creating new JVs, M&A activity etc. He travels extensively between US, UK and Asia.

Ms Irene Wong - GM - Singapore

Irene Wong, General Manager has more than 15 years of experience in the executive search industry. She also has 10 years of regional experience working in automotive trading company and construction industry. Experience focused in FMCGs, Healthcare, Commodity Trading, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Property, Retail.

Mr Srinivas Nanduri - Partner- Board & Leadership Practice India

Srini oversees Maxima search practice with focus on Board and Leadership hiring, Expat and Interim Managers, Returnee Asians, across Asia-Pacific & Middle East He has handled several consulting and cross border search assignments for large corporations in the region. The current role includes business development, managing the leadership hiring and building up world class search practice for the emerging sectors like Aerospace, Renewable Energy, biotechnology, & hiring for SMEs /partnering with PE/VC firms in supporting them building up human capital for their portfolio companies.

Srini is a Mechanical Engineer with additional qualifications in Management and Machine tool design. He is also a qualified Lead assesor for Quality and has audited several companies on quality process and Systems. Early stages of his career, Srinivas has worked in ITW and Magna International(PW) , Fortune 500 company in the areas of manufacturing engineering and application sales. Prior to his move to Executive Search, he has handled several management consulting assignments which include recruitment's, BPR, Quality & Performance audits during his stint with a large consulting firm for their operations in India .

He is an active member of Singapore Indo Chamber of Commerce, TIE, is a regular speaker & quoted extensively in media on Executive Search.

Srikanth A

Srikanth handles key accounts in Mumbai and Pune in additions to managing the Hyderabad practice. A mechanical engineer by qualification, he has over decade of experience in executive search and has been one of the first employees of Maxima in India. Srikanth has handled successfully some of the most critical hiring’s in the count He has worked with Advani Oerlikon, ITW and ABC Consultants before moving into Maxima. His focus has been on Real Estate, Infrastructure and C Suite, hard to fill positions . He also works with VC/PE firms helping them in hiring the talent for their portfolio companies.

Sunil Ballal

Sunil is Industrial Production Engineer from NIT, Mysore, has joined Maxima in 2006 from BP/ Castrol where he was handling Marine Sales in South. Sunil has worked with Ingersoll Rand and ITW in early stages of his career. Sunil heads Chennai Practice and handles key accounts in South. His focus is on Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Generation and Automotive Ancillary industries.

Gayatri Rao

Gayatri comes with Post Graduation in Environmental Management and Graduation in Microbiology. She has joined Maxima in 2004 and is currently the Lead Consultant operates from our Bangalore Office. Gayatri handles complex search assignments in Biotechnology, pharma, Healthcare and NGO verticals. Prior to Maxima, Gayatri has worked with a major initiative in environmental management consulting organisation. In addition, Gayatri works closely with overseas offices of Maxima for critical hirings in the region.

Shirley Rogers

Shirley is one of the first employees of Maxima in India. She handles engineering, Infrastructure, and Financial Services sector. Has played key role supporting our partners in towards closure of some of the exciting search assignments in India. Shirley is based in our Hyderabad office and supports our key partners in sourcing strategy for sensitive and senior positions.

Anjali Sinha

Anjali is a Post Graduate in Economics, has been working with Maxima for more than six years. She is a key member in our Bangalore practice, handles PE/VCs, aerospace, retail Telecom and Education verticals. Anjali additionally works with senior partners in complex search assignments in hiring expats and interim management teams. She has worked with Dell in their Shared Services division prior to joining Maxima.
