- Identify, develop sales and demand creation strategies and action plans to achieve or exceed revenue and gross profit targets that will produce maximum market penetration
- Establish agreed short and long term account plans for developments of accounts, as well as key accounts
- Win and execute cutting edge projects for marquee customers and participation in key industry wide initiatives
- Assist in the sales cycle in terms of the project definition and consultancy sales
- Identification of market opportunities that develop and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Build and maintain relationship with senior bankers in order to develop and grow the existing accounts
- Handle a team of 100+ people
- Provide quality and timely client information to support the sales territory plan maintain account Plans of high quality

- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/Business or preferably MBA
- 10~15 years of relevant industry experience preferably with a large IT consulting company or solutions provider focusing on Banking Sector
- Ideal candidate would be from Banking/Investment Banking Industry.
- Proven track record of selling and achieving sales targets at a high-level to the banking sector
- Experienced in handling large teams of more than 50+ members
- Understanding of contracts and commercial terms & negotiation process
- Thorough understanding of the sales process from initial bid to closure of an opportunity
- Good presentation skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage large teams.
